Aura Healing
The Aura Healing modality repairs holes and damage to your aura, a large energetic structure that has 3 layers and extends out 50 feet in all directions from your body. Your aura can be damaged by stress, low vibrational emotional states, trauma, surgery, relational tensions/conflict, chemicals in your environment, and drugs (including some prescription drugs, alcohol, tobacco, and caffeine). Crystals carry their own signature healing vibrations and also have the ability to amplify energies for healing and manifestation. The crystal healing I offer include:
1) Crystal Rites: A powerful healing modality that utilizes clear quartz crystals to heal old and new wounds and to bring positive energy and your desired manifestations into your future.
2) Crystal Reading: an intuitive reading that provides clear, positive, and empowering answers to your questions. Through this reading your spirit guides will support you in asking questions in such a way that best supports your progression and healing, and I will relay the intuitive information I receive in response to your questions. I will then talk with you and support you to integrate the information through the lens of your own discernment.
3) Crystal Healing: This healing session connects with the energy of Mother Gaia (the earth) to heal specific parts of your physical, energetic, and spiritual Self. This healing involves laying crystals on energy centers in the body, personalized to the needs of the client. Certain kinds of stones are correlated to specific areas and issues to amplify the healing of that area. Prior to the healing we will discuss your priorities and desires for which areas to focus on.

Myofascial Release
Myofascial Release works on the connective tissues of the body to relieve pain and bring the body into its healthiest alignment. The Myo in Myofascial refers to the muscles and fascia refers to the connective tissues of the body, which give all body parts (muscles, organs, tendons, ligaments, etc) their structure. The fascial system connects and supports the entire body, and when fascia gets stuck, injured, or scarred can put pressure on the nerves and create pain. Myofascial Release releases that pressure which removes that pain. Connective tissue also plays a large role in the meridian lines of Chinese medicine and the movement of Life Force energy, also known as Chi, through the body. When fascial restrictions are released, Life Force energy is able to flow freely again.
I support my clients with healing injuries, pain, and past traumas so that they can become their happiest, healthiest, most confident and empowered selves.
